Growe's Head of Communications reached out to me for consulting for her team of 15 people on PR and event management. 

Challenge

We had to cover all the aspects in PR and event management in one session. 

We covered 

  1. Event management: from the landscape of the organizers to specific questions about the booth development. 

  2. Public relations: media landscape, creating pitches and press releases, handling media inquiries, and pros and cons of working with agencies. 

  3. How to measure effectiveness in PR.
